Our focus is on the fundamental responsibilities of our ministry which are: Worship, Evangelism, Discipleship, Fellowship, Nurturing and Community.
Come See A Man!
Our motto is “Life With God is Better in Every Way Every Day”. Every invitation a member makes will accomplish two acts:
a) Sharing the belief that “Life wIth God is Better”. It is an invitation to intimately know and grow in God.
b) It is an invitation to become a part of a caring, nurturing community that will commit to journey in life with you.
What we will discover is members will fall into
1 of 3 categories:
Leaders, Learners, Lifters
1. Leaders
Mature and confident “inviters”
2. Learners
Love the church but are not confident about inviting. These members need more discipleship
3. Lifters
Love the church, but have some hesitance because of unaddressed or unresolved concerns about the church. These people should be given an opportunity to be heard and to experience a legitimate response to their concerns
Leaders
We want a church filled with people either enthusiastically declaring “Come See a Man”. We want to foster an environment of “invitation” while simultaneously ensuring that leadership is assertive in removing any impediments toward establishing that culture .
Our Culture
Our culture will be rooted in worship, evangelism, discipleship, community and continual improvement.
This means we will employ a highly disciplined approach to the allocating our resources, personnel choices and our approved activities.
Invitation Website
Develop a website to allow visitors to provide the name of the member who invited them.
IT Department
Our IT Dept. will provide a quarterly report that shows how many people each member has invited and how many have become members.
Ministries
Ministries will develop fellowships, events and classes that teach and encourage evangelism.
Member Feedback
We will provide an easy and anonymous means for members to share the areas they’ve observed about the church that need improvement.
Invitation Reward Program
We will intentionally celebrate and reward the top members on a quarterly basis and provided a grand prize (vacation excursion) for the member with the most invitations.
